Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included for use inside the house. However, pool and beach towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own.

Yes, we can arrange additional services such as private chef, additional cleaning, and other services according to your needs. Just let us know and we'll be happy to help make your stay even more special!
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am However, there is flexibility in these times when our reservation calendar allows it. Do not hesitate to contact us to verify the availability of alternative schedules.
Are there any specific rules regarding noise or loud music?
To ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors, no sound equipment, events or parties are allowed on the property. That is why we ask our guests not to make noise after 8:00 p.m.

How many rooms and beds does the house have?
The house has 5 bedrooms in total. There are 5 Queen beds, a bunk bed for 2 children, and a sofa bed, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests.
Does the house have air conditioning?
We don't have air conditioning because we simply don't need it.
The house and bungalows have been designed with plenty of ventilation and large, silent fans.
The houses are very open with large windows (mix of glass and mosquito netting), high ceilings, and sliding doors and windows that open onto a large open terrace, garden and pool.
Are there any age restrictions for guests?
For safety reasons and to ensure a peaceful stay, we do not accept guests under 25 years of age. We appreciate your understanding.
